Applicants should submit self-attested copies of the following documents. Original documents must be brought for verification at the time of admission.

Campus Rules & Code of Conduct
YIMS believes discipline, integrity, and mutual respect are essential qualities of every successful manager and professional. All students are expected to observe the following rules while on campus and during institute activities.
Students are expected to:
- Maintain a minimum attendance of 75% or as prescribed by the University.
- Attend classes punctually and follow class timings.
- Wear the prescribed institute uniform on all working days and during events.
- Carry the Institute Identity Card while on campus and produce it when asked.
- Respect faculty, staff, fellow students, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the campus and use waste-management facilities.
- Use institute facilities responsibly and follow their operating guidelines.
- Follow ethical behaviour in academic activities (exams, assignments, projects, internships).
- Protect institute property and report any damage to the administration.
- Promote harmony, inclusiveness, and a friendly campus culture.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Ragging (any form — zero tolerance)
- Smoking and use of tobacco products
- Alcohol or substance abuse
- Violence, threat or intimidation of any kind
- Harassment (physical, verbal or online)
- Damage to Institute property
- Academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism, impersonation)
- Any activity that disrupts academic order or campus safety
Discipline is the foundation of professional excellence. Violations may invite disciplinary action as per the institute's regulations.
